  • SEAHALL PROPERTIES  was established in February 2002 in the centrally located beautiful Lake Cherokee area of downtown Orlando.

Hall, GRI, ABR, CIPS,  e-PRO, has been real estate licensed since 1990, and her experience encompasses transactions in new, resale and luxury homes, timeshare, business and commercial properties, with specialization in adult living facilities, and more recently, the international and second home market.
  • Originally from New York City, Mary, along with husband and two children, aged 6 and 10, became happy Floridians as new motel owners in St. Pete Beach on October 1, 1971, the same day that Walt Disney World opened!  Since then, the family, which now includes spouses and grandboys 17 and 18, has experienced the homebuying process a number of times, as well as business ventures, and can relate to the stress (and fun) of short and long distance moves.
